Tim Russo is a Northeastern University-trained engineer with a background in infrastructure and cybersecurity. He has worked in the IT field for over 35 years. Early in his career he sat on the buyer's side of the table, and he hated being sold overpriced, overcomplicated solutions by vendors who cared more about the sale than the problem.
So in 2001 he founded Wireguided to be the opposite. The core principle was simple. We will never talk down to you, and we will never try to sell you something you do not need. Tim cares about the people behind every business he supports, and he built a team that listens first, explains things kindly, and treats your business the way they would want their own treated.
Tim has worked on three continents for organizations of every size, from start-ups to multinational corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. He has been published twice and has trained African and Middle Eastern state security entities on cybersecurity alongside members of the FBI.
