Enterprise IT, minus the price tag.

Flat-rate managed IT from a local team that answers fast and treats your business like their own.

When the owner is also the IT department

Enterprise IT, minus the enterprise.

Most companies that call us already have IT support. It worked well enough at twenty people, and somewhere between then and now the business outgrew it: more locations, more cloud, more compliance questions from insurers and customers, and far more security exposure than anyone signed up for.

We take the whole thing on for one flat rate: enterprise-grade security backed by a 24/7/365 security operations center, a properly run Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and a help desk that answers fast. Companies from ten seats to a few hundred run this way with us, most of them switching from another provider rather than starting from nothing. If IT has instead fallen to whoever on staff is best with computers, we start the same way and give that person their job back.

When something breaks, help is already moving: a senior engineer who knows your setup, answering in minutes instead of business days.

What we handle for growing companies.

  • Unlimited help desk for every personOne flat rate covers every request from every employee, remote or onsite. Nobody hesitates to ask for help because a ticket costs money.
  • Microsoft 365 done properlyLicensing right-sized to what you actually use, multi-factor authentication everywhere, and sharing rules that stop company files leaking into personal accounts.
  • Cyber insurance questions answeredInsurers now ask for specific controls before they will write a policy. We put those controls in place and give you documented answers instead of guesses.
  • AI integration, done safelyThe AI tools your team already uses, rolled out with permissions cleaned up first so nothing private surfaces, plus training that turns them into real time saved.
  • A 24/7/365 security operations centerReal analysts watching your environment at all hours, not just software sending alerts. Suspicious sign-ins and threats get investigated and shut down while your team is asleep.
  • Computers at our cost, passed straight throughNo markup on desktops, laptops, or accessories. You pay exactly what we pay, and we tell you what the next refresh will cost well before it lands in your budget.
Thinking about switching

Ready for IT that keeps up with you?

Most companies come to us because the business grew and the technology never caught up. Here is what changes on day one.

You get answers, not follow-ups

Every request is acknowledged, tracked, and finished, and our average response time is 17 minutes. You will know who is working on it and when it is done, so nobody on your team has to spend their afternoon chasing an update on their own ticket.

A full bench behind your account

You get a team rather than a single person: a help desk that knows your environment, security specialists, cloud engineers, and someone senior thinking about where you are headed next. Coverage holds up when your business grows, when two things break at once, and when somebody is on vacation.

One predictable number

Unlimited support for one flat rate, with projects and hardware quoted up front, sized to what you actually need rather than the largest plan we can sell. That is the idea behind Goldilocks IT, and it is why budgeting is straightforward and nobody hesitates to ask for help.

Straight answers

Questions we get from small and midsize businesses.

How many employees do you need to have for this to make sense?+

Our clients generally run from about ten seats to a few hundred. Below ten, a managed plan can still make sense if the business is regulated, handles money, or cannot tolerate downtime. We will tell you honestly if you are better served by something lighter.

We already have someone in house who handles IT. Do we still need you?+

Then co-managed IT is probably the fit. Your person keeps the relationships and the day to day, and we add security tooling, after hours coverage, and project capacity behind them.

What is actually included in the flat rate?+

Unlimited remote and onsite support, monitoring and patching, endpoint security, email security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, backup management, vendor coordination, and strategic planning. Hardware and licenses are separate and quoted up front.

How hard is it to switch from our current IT company?+

We do the work. We collect documentation, credentials, and vendor contacts, deploy our tools alongside the existing setup, then cut over on a scheduled date. Most transitions are invisible to staff apart from a new number to call.

Do you actually come onsite, or is everything remote?+

Both. Most issues are solved remotely in minutes, and when something needs hands, an engineer drives out.
