Short version: we collect only what you give us through our forms, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it.
This policy describes what information wireguided.com (the "Site") collects, how Wireguided LLC ("Wireguided", "we") uses it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Services delivered to clients under a managed services agreement are governed by that agreement.
When you fill out the contact form, request an assessment, or take the Threat Test, you may provide your name, organization, email address, phone number, and a message. We use it to respond to you, schedule the conversation you asked for, and, for the Threat Test, to issue your certificate. Form submissions are processed by HubSpot, our customer relationship platform, under its own privacy terms.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. We use two analytics services. HubSpot sets cookies that let us see which pages a visitor viewed before contacting us and whether our emails were opened. Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks or completing the Threat Test) so we can understand how the Site is used and measure advertising. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email, or anything you type into a form. You can decline cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or enable Global Privacy Control, without losing access to any part of the Site.
Contact records are kept as long as we have a business reason to keep them, typically while we are in conversation or while you are a client, and deleted on request. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain SOC 2 or equivalent controls.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes will be noted here for 30 days.
