Switch to MSP
Wireguided becomes a full service IT managed service provider with a focus on security based on client requests.
First to offer Flat Rate
Wireguided is the first IT company in New England to offer a flat rate pricing model for all IT services. It is called the Keep IT Simple Plan and is still the core of our business.
First to Include Free Training
Realizing education is key to better IT, Wireguided becomes the first MSP to include free onsite and remote training for all Keep IT Simple partners. Offerings include in-person Lunch and Learn sessions, online security awareness training, and monthly online articles on all things IT.
Wireguided Goes International
Wireguided is hired by the largest mobile phone provider in Africa and the Middle East (274 million customers) for a security project. Our report gets sent directly to the CEO in South Africa.
Our Mascot is Born
While brainstorming on how to better convey what IT Services to people not in the technical field our mascot is created. He still needs a name to this day. We are open to suggestions.
Wireguided Leads the Way in Migrating Clients to the Cloud
Wireguided starts to convert client’s IT infrastructures to be 100% cloud based. Eliminating the need to expensive servers and freeing companies from their offices. This will become key for our customers when the COVID-19 pandemic hits 8 years later.
Wireguided assists the FBI at Shield Africa
Our President, Tim Russo, travels to Gabon to assist the FBI in training members of African military, police, and national security agencies on defensive cybersecurity methods at the annual Shield Africa international exhibition for security and defense.
